How long has Bell's Fireworks been in business?

We have been in business for over 20 years. The Bell family founded Bell's Fireworks in 1984 and is now owned and operated by Mr. Robert Stahl. Our commitment is to provide our customers with outstanding products and customer service.

How much does a professional display cost?

Display prices vary depending on type of display and location. Firework displays and accents start at $500.00 US. Call us for a quote based on your requirements.

How long should the display last?

We will give a recommended display duration based on your show size and budget. We do not sell time! We provide display programs with proper duration based on your requirements.

How are your displays discharged?

All of our displays are fired and controlled by approved manual and computer electrical firing systems.

How much distance is needed for a fireworks display?

Display distances vary depending on the type and size of effects used. The National Fire Protection Association's code 1123 requires a minimum viewing distance of 70 ft. per inch of shell. An outdoor display will require 210 ft. to 1,120 ft. minimum viewing distance from the firework discharge area(s) to the spectator viewing area(s). An Indoor or Proximate display will require 15 ft. to 175 ft. minimum viewing distance from the firework discharge area(s) to the spectator viewing area(s).

Does my venue or proposed display site meet the criteria to have a professional firework display?

We require an onsite inspection for any display to determine if it meets all firework display guidelines. A representative from our company will come to your venue and discuss all display requirements with you.

How are the required permits acquired for the display?

We will assist in obtaining all permits for your fireworks display. Most permits must be applied for 15 days prior to display date.

What limits of insurance do you carry for firework displays?

We provide each display with $1,000,000.00 in public display and product liability. Excess limits of $1,000,000.00 can be provided as well.

What type of fireworks do you offer?

We offer display shells from 1.75" to 16" in diameter. In addition, we incorporate exhibition multi-shot repeaters, candles, and fountains in different effects and sizes to enhance our spectacular displays. The products we use in each display are made by the best manufactures available, both import and domestic. Our fireworks are hand selected to insure your customized show fits your requirements.

Are your pyrotechnicians properly trained?

All of our operators and assistants are trained and certified by Bell's Fireworks Display Co. They will either meet or exceed the minimum required standards of the National Fire Protection Association and comply with all FEDERAL, STATE, and LOCAL laws governing fireworks displays.

How are the fireworks and equipment transported to the display site?

We transport all fireworks and equipment to the display site by truck. We transport to and from the display site in accordance with all US Department of Transportation codes and regulations. We provide $5,000,000.00 in commercial auto insurance coverage for each display. The US Department of Transportation requires all companies to carry not less than $5,000,000.00 in commercial auto insurance to transport any quantity of display fireworks.

How do I know I am getting what I pay for?

We pride ourselves on honesty, good business ethics, and strongly encourage that any time you purchase or contract out for a firework display that you visit the site during setup and make sure you are getting the correct number of rounds and proper shell sizes.
