Terms of Purchase

Purchaser hereby acknowledges the following:

1. He or she is 21 years of age or older.
2. The supplies and/or products purchased have properties that may endanger life and limb.
3. He or she is legally qualified to receive these materials.

In consideration of the sale of these supplies and/or products, the purchaser also agrees to the following:

· In no event shall the seller, seller's heirs and assigns be liable for consequential damages, nor shall the seller's liability on any claim for damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery or use of the supplies and/or products exceed the purchase price of the supplies and/or products.

· The purchaser will not use the supplies and/or products in violation of any local, state, or federal law.

· The purchaser, his or her successors, and assigns agree to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from dangers caused by the use of the supplies and/or products purchased.

· The purchaser agrees that th conditions above apply equally to all current, past, and future purchases from Bell's Fireworks Display Co.
